Killarney Traynor began training with her brother, Marcus, at home before transitioning to Buzz Durkin's Karate School. While life has interfered with her training, she always finds her way back to the dojo. She enjoys helping with martial arts events like Uechi Con and has edited several of the videos used in these celebrations. For her, Uechi Ryu is as much a way of life as it is a source of physical training - many of the concepts taught in the dojo translate into real life practices that help to make life sweet. A bookkeeper for nearly 20 years, she is happy to bring her skills to use for the foundation.

Outside of the dojo, Killarney likes to read, write, travel, study, and hang out with her many siblings and many, many nieces and nephews.
